Coaching is patient, relational, empowering work built on connection.

Coaching is companionship that helps you stop trying to fit into a world that doesn’t recognize you.

I partner with you as you:

  • Recover from your exhaustion by giving your nervous system permission to breathe and feel safe.

  • Retell your story by untangling your thoughts and internalized self-doubt so you can trust yourself again.

  • Reclaim your future by defining a vision that fires your imagination and discovering structures and skills that support you.

So you can finally live an undivided life that honors how you actually think, feel, and belong.

Coaching helps with:

Managing energy, burnout, and overload

Tuning out external noise

Navigating life and career transitions

Designing humane daily rhythms

Exploring professional paths that fit you

Dismantling internalized self-doubt

Communicating your needs

Finding where you truly belong

My work with clients moves fluidly through three natural dimensions.

There’s no one-size-fits-all framework. We begin where you are, choosing where to settle based entirely on your energy and your needs.

1. Sanctuary (The Inner Grounding)

  • Somatic Safety: Giving the nervous system a rare, quiet pocket of space to pause, drop its armor, and simply breathe.

  • Reclaiming Gifts: Remembering and honoring your true, nonlinear strengths before the world told you to hide them.

  • Honoring Grief: Creating a gentle, unhurried space to acknowledge the quiet losses and exhaustion of a lifetime spent misfitting.

2. Vocation (The True Expression)

  • Meaningful Purpose: Exploring ways of occupying the world that align with your deep moral integrity and creative drive.

  • Authentic Living: Discovering how to step off the treadmill of constant masking without sacrificing your material survival.

  • An Undivided Life: Imagining a path where your inner truth and your daily work can finally begin to reflect one another.

3. Scaffolding (The Outer Support)

  • Humane Rhythms: Crafting gentle, organic approaches to daily life that cooperate with your brain rather than fighting it.

  • Cognitive Ease: Selecting gentle external tools and technologies to ease executive fatigue and lift the heavy mental load.

  • Relational Anchors: Finding pathways into friendships and communities where you can experience true belonging without soc

1:1 Coaching: Personalized Support

A private, one-on-one partnership offers a dedicated space of attuned, confidential dialogue between two intellectual peers where you can be yourself and process at your own pace.

Here, you do not have to translate your inner world into neurotypical terms before you speak. As a neurodivergent person myself, I welcome your intensity—and honor it.

How We Work Together

We all grow in our own unique ways. After meeting to map out your goals, we will work session-by-session, meeting you exactly where you are today and honoring the natural, quiet rhythm of your own mind, body, and heart.

  • Session Length: Approximately 60 minutes.

  • Session-by-Session: You’ll pay for sessions in advance on a sliding scale and only for what you need.

  • Your Own Pace: We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or adjust based on your energy and life.

Group Cohorts: A Shared Circle

For many of us, the most painful part of being neurodivergent is the isolation that comes from not fitting in. Group cohorts give neurodivergent people facing a common challenge a space to share their experiences, build sklls, and grow together.

Meeting monthly for 90-minutes, we share our journeys, listen deeply, and bear witness to one another’s growth.

Upcoming Cohorts

  • Reclaiming Vocation After Autistic Burnout: We support each other as we recover our energy and rediscover a sustainable, unmasked way of living.

  • Designing Humane Scaffolding for the ADHD Mind: We share the loving struggle of crafting flexible daily structures, tools, and boundaries that honor our natural energy patterns rather than punishing them.

  • The Art of the Undivided Leader We join other neurodivergent professionals, educators, and changemakers navigating intense moral pressure in service to others.

Workshops: A Shared Laboratory

workshops are spacious, collective learning environments open to neurodivergent and neurotypical minds alike. These gatherings are designed to deepen our shared knowledge, capacity, and imagination so we can thoughtfully respond to the complex relational and structural challenges we face together.

To accommodate the varying rhythms of different communities and organizations, these interactive experiences are highly flexible and can be designed as one-hour, half-day, or full-day sessions.

Core Workshop Offerings

  • Navigating Ambiguous Loss: Tending the Unseen Grief of Transition: Grounded in the foundational work of Pauline Boss, this workshop invites communities to name, understand, and move through the unique, lingering grief of ongoing disruption and systemic mismatch where there is no clear closure.

  • Neurodivergence, Meaning, and the Human Spirit: Moving completely away from clinical deficits and superficial productivity metrics, this session explores the deeper human terrain of neurodivergent life, focusing on how we can honor grief, uncover true vocation, and design a lifestyle of deep inner alignment.

  • Leading Through the Fray: Standing with Leaders of Divided Communities: Designed for individuals navigating intense institutional polarization—within faith communities, non-profits, or civic spaces—this laboratory explores how to hold a calm, ethically centered presence under moral pressure without becoming complicit in the toxicity around you

Let’t honor your doubts.

Neurodivergent adults have spent a lifetime being misunderstood and misdiagnosed by “experts” and institutions.

Your doubts about yourself and others have kept you safe.

And they’ve also held you back.

  • Because we’re so used to trying to do everything ourselves, we often grit our teeth and wait until we’re in crisis before seeking support. But you don't have to earn relief by suffering up to your absolute limit. You deserve to feel seen, safe, and supported right now.

  • A lifetime of masking and trying to fit into rigid systems can leave you feeling like your needs come second. But developing your capacity to respond to life is basic self-care, not a luxury you have to earn.

  • Another variation on earning self-care. You don’t need to have your life figured out before you get support. Coaching can help you right now.

  • Many neurodivergent adults have been deeply harmed by rigid clinical frameworks created by neurotypical people.

But I’m not a therapist, and coaching isn’t psychotherapy. I’m not interested in ‘fixing’ or ‘curing’ you. I want you to help you grow on your own terms.

I don’t diagnose or treat any mental health condition. And if you need therapy, we can work together to find one that fits.

  • Coaching isn’t about forcing yourself to measure up to anyone else’s standards. You set the the goals and the agenda. You set the pace.

  • Of course. Many neurodivergent adults didn’t have access to diagnostic care or were misdiagnosed and misunderstood as children. If you’ve always felt like you’ve never fit it, but never fully understood why, coaching can help.

  • Neurodivergent people are often underemployed, unemployed, and underpaid, and coaching isn’t covered by most health plans. So yes, the cost of coaching can be an issue. I help clients navigate this by offering 1:1 coaching offerings on a sliding scale, as well as by offering a variety of other programs to help people get the support they need.

  • It’s easy to feel this way, especially when you’re in the thick of it. But while yo may not be able to go back, you can go forward. Your brain is constantly developing throughout your life. You can always learn, always grow, wherever you are.

  • Neurodivergent adults are used to having people tell them how they’ve failed to measure up. Coaching is different. You’re teaching me. We’re learning and growing together.

You don’t have to wait to give yourself permission to honor who you are.

If something here resonated with you, felt like a quiet exhale, that’s all the permission you need.
